The President, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has nominated Mr. Jacob Dumakawe as District Chief Executive for the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba district.
Mr. Dumakawe is among 26 nominations made by the president on Saturday.
The president on Friday revocked the appointments of 24 MMDCEs on Friday including Barikisu Losina who was the DCE for the Sawla-Tuna-Kalba district.
Though it is unclear why the president is making the changes, political watchers in the district suspect the last minute change is to attract Vagla votes for the NPP parliamentary candidate.
