A former Minister for Food and Agriculture in the erstwhile John Dramani Mahama administration, Alhaji Mohammed Muniru Limuna, has called on members of the National Democratic Congress to Police the ballot boxes and ballots in this year's election.
Addressing the Savannah Regional communicaton berue of the party and other sympathisers in Damongo on Sunday at a workshop organised to equip and train communicators, Alhaji Limuna who also served as a regional minister for Northern and Upper West regions mentioned that, every member of the party should offer strict awareness during and after voting.
He posted that, all the hard work of the party will go to nuts if "We fail to protect the votes on December 7."
He charged the communicators to always talk about HE John Dramani Mahama, the NDC, and all parliamentary candidates and their good policies, especially the 24-hour economy.
He assured he was ready, and will resource communicators with radio airtime to propergate messages of John Mahama and Muntawakilu in Damongo especially.
A high-level delegation consisting of, consisting of Lawyer Joyce Bawa Mogtari, special Aide of HE John Dramani Mahama, former deputy communications minister, Hon Felix Ofosu Kwakye, Former Deputy Energy minister, Hon John Jinapor, Former Agriculture Minister, Hon Alhaji Limuna Mohammed Muniru, Mp for Salaga South, Hajia Zuwera Ibrahima,Former Mp of Damongo constituency, Hon Adam Mutawakilu and the Deputy National Communications Officer, Mr Maleek Basintale.
