Some youth of Bole in the Savannah region has impounded two vehicles that were auctioned by the Bole District Assembly.
The vehicles, according to Bole based Nkilgi fm, were impounded on Wednesday, 29th March 2023, when they were being taken out of the town.
The youth, according to the report, are protesting the process adopted by the assembly in auctioning six vehicles belonging to the district assembly.
The youth accuse the Assembly of usually auctioning vehicles to people outside Bole and the district, a situation they say will not be allowed to continue.
They also accuse the assembly of not making public their plans to auction the said vehicles for people in the district to participate.
