Alhaji Limuna Muniru, CEO of Kasha 99.5 FM in Damongo, organized a two-day staff retreat from Friday, August 2, to Saturday, August 3, 2024.
The event aimed to enhance staff performance and professionalism at Kasha 99.5 FM.
The retreat came after the studio's rebranding and the CEO's acquisition of new equipment, including a brand-new seven-seater car, two motorcycles, and other logistical support for the station's operations.
During the retreat, Alhaji Muniru emphasized the importance of professionalism, urging presenters and staff to use the platform to educate, inform, and entertain without resorting to insults or vulgar language.
General Manager of the station Mr. Richard B. Forgor expressed gratitude to the CEO and the facilitators for organizing the retreat.
He encouraged staff to apply the lessons learned to elevate the station to national standards.
