You Deserve Better Than an Old 20-Seater Bus – Garlus to DNTC

Hon. Adam Mutawakilu, known as Garlus, has told students of the Damongo Nurses Training College (DNTC) that they deserve better than the second-hand 20-seater bus provided by the incumbent MP, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor.

He promised to deliver a brand-new 50-seater bus and improved infrastructure if elected in the December 7, 2024, elections.

Speaking to students of the college, Hon. Mutawakilu condemned the provision of a second-hand 20-seater bus by the sitting MP, Hon. Samuel Abu Jinapor, labeling it as insufficient.

He assured the students of a brand-new 50-seater bus to meet their transportation needs if he secures victory.

The NDC candidate further promised to construct an ultramodern dining hall and staff bungalows to address challenges faced by the institution.

He further committed to covering the college’s electricity bills, easing financial pressure on the school.

He accused Hon. Jinapor of lacking innovative policies, stating, “He is insensitive and can’t initiate any meaningful development. Copying ideas is not the way forward.”

He urged the students to support his bid alongside the presidential candidacy of John Dramani Mahama, emphasizing their readiness to bring development to DNTC and the Damongo constituency.

The engagement forms part of Hon. Mutawakilu’s campaign efforts to reclaim the parliamentary seat and push for development across the Savannah Region.
