As part of activities marking the 2025 International Women's Day celebration, the Savannah Branch of Women in Poultry Value Chain (WPVC), led by their president, Madam Latifa Ibrahim, donated crates of eggs to St. Anne’s Hospital in Damongo on March 9, 2025.
The donation benefited patients in the pediatric, maternity, and other wards, as well as their caretakers and hospital staff.
Madam Latifa Ibrahim commended the hospital’s management and staff for their dedication to healthcare delivery in Damongo and its surrounding communities.
The hospital staff expressed their gratitude to the association, while the smiles on patients' faces reflected the impact of the gesture.
