The Member of Parliament for the Bole-Bamboi Constituency, Alhaji Yusif Sulemana, has contributed GHC 10,000 to the Bole District Education Directorate to support their participation in this year’s inter-district sports competition in Salaga.
The donation was presented by the NDC Constituency Chairman, Alhaji Alhassan Kassim, on behalf of Alhaji Sulemana. During the presentation, Alhaji Kassim reaffirmed the MP’s commitment to supporting educational initiatives within the district.
He assured the district's education director, Mr Richard Achinani, and his team of the MP’s ongoing support for efforts aimed at enhancing education in the region.
In response, Mr. Achinani expressed sincere gratitude to Alhaji Sulemana, assuring that the funds would be used appropriately to facilitate the district’s participation in the competition.
"The team, by His grace, will leave Bole on Thursday, May 30, 2024, to Salaga, where the competition will be held. We will ensure that we do not disappoint you and the entire district," Mr Achinani stated.
The support from Alhaji Sulemana is expected to significantly boost the district’s preparations and participation in the sports event, fostering not only athletic excellence but also unity and sportsmanship among the students.
